Description
The Martin Group was hired as Construction Manager for a new Leasing Gallery retail space. The Audio-Visual displays were a key design feature, considered from the first layout to the final integral millwork and finish installation. Acoustical baffles throughout the space, demanding careful coordination with lighting and fire protection layouts, served the exposed ceilings and polished concrete floor.
