Jerry Martin brings expertise in complex large-scale and fast-trackprojects. Thoroughly knowledgeable about the intricacies of core and shell construction, he has twenty-five years experience in both field supervision and project management of a variety of high-end construction projects nationwide. His ability to clearly identify constructability issues, and value engineering alternatives is a key part in helping maintain budget and schedule goals; achieving these without sacrificing quality and design objectives is one of his strengths.
Patrick Hynes has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years. Beginning as a laborer, and working his way through the ranks as a carpenter, supervisor, and project manager, he has gained the confidence and respect of countless clients and design teams by effectively coordinating projects and maximizing resources. His success is attributed to his unrelenting attention to detail. A concise plan, clearly communicated, has been the key to delivering quality projects while maintaining both schedule and budget objectives.
After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1994, Andre held positions with increasing levels of responsibility for the nation’s largest builder. His initial assignments were as a field superintendent on commercial and institutional projects, amongst which was a two year assignment as a field superintendent for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center Project. After three owner representation assignments for public school systems in New Jersey, Andre was promoted to a project management role on commercial interiors projects.
During his tenure, Andre managed the strategic pre-purchase of over ten million dollars of capital equipment and finishes. Andre’s final role was as the Purchasing Manager for Interiors and Special Projects, where he purchased over one hundred million dollars of subcontractors annually. Andre joined the Martin Group in 2008 and has managed projects for Telx, Qwest, CBRE, and Digital Realty Trust as a Project Executive. His current role is President of the firm in charge of all day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
