Ramland Data Center

Description
The Martin Group was hired as a Construction Manager for the repositioning of a 200,000 square foot light manufacturing and office facility for data center use. The project consisted of a series of phases which include landlord core and shell improvements, substantial building infrastructure upgrades, and several individual data center suite build-outs. To date, TMG has provide construction of 8 MW of power to the building with varying levels of resiliency based upon customer requirements.
