The Martin Group, together with the Owner and their bi-coastal design team completed the buildout of a new Micro Brewery facility, complete with restaurant and retail spaces. Careful planning and execution between TMG and the Owner’s vendors as well as open communication with multiple municipal authorities were required in order to renovate this existing military manufacturing site, fitting it out with the glycol and boiler systems required by the brewing equipment as well as the implementing the sitework needed to adapt and make full use of the property.
