Description
The Martin Group has completed over 50,000 square feet of executive office fit out, on behalf of the LeFrak Organization since 2013. Each individual project cycle was completed in a span of 12-16 weeks depending on the level of finish. Renovations included a complete gut of the floor back to the building core, and reconstruction inclusive of the core bathrooms, and elevator lobbies, in addition to the tenant office space. The Martin Group was engaged as a construction manager at risk, allowing our client to efficiently build space efficiently, in line with their leasing activity.
